Data Subject Request

You have rights as an individual which you can exercise under certain circumstances in relation to your Personal Data that we hold. These rights are to:

• request access to your Personal Data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”) and request certain information in relation to its processing;
• request rectification of your Personal Data;
• request the erasure of your Personal Data;
• request the restriction of processing of your Personal Data;
• object to the processing of your Personal Data.

While we shall endeavor to comply with your requests, it should be noted that your rights to the erasure of Personal Data is subject to a number of considerations, including our legal and regulatory obligations to maintain records of data for certain regulator prescribed periods.

All requests will be dealt with timeously, within one month, and responses will be provided free of charge. Please note that we may extend the time to respond by a further two months if the request is complex or we have received a number of requests from you. In such cases, we will let you know within one month of receiving your request and explain why the extension is necessary. We may, however, charge a reasonable fee if your request to exercise your individual rights is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
